Bring three brands into a single Magento platform
Honeywell needed to bring three of its international brands into one scalable and easy to maintain platform. Muck Boot Company, XtraTuf, and Safety Gear needed a unified and simplified user administration panel with the newest Magento technology stack. They also hoped to increase conversion rates and online B2C revenue with an updated design and expanded marketing platform.
WHAT WE DID
Agile migration of three existing sites into one scaleable platform.
We migrated existing data for all three brands from another e-commerce platform into a single Magento Enterprise platform supporting all 3 websites. Using an agile methodology, we launched one brand every eight weeks. We even leveraged the Magento 2 framework to set-up shared code and design themes for all brands, reducing ongoing maintenance and upkeep.
Simplified store operations: Lower operating costs and higher revenues
Implementation of a new unified platform for all three brands improved Honeywell’s ability to easily make changes and updates to products, images, content, all through one Magento Admin interface. This led to reduced ongoing operations costs, faster development cycles, and increased online sales.
